  • Monday – Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Saturday: 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. (closed on Saturdays from June through August)Ìý

Please note: phone lines are off between 12:15 – 12:45 p.m. and at 5 p.m. daily.

New to the Centre? Your first time booking an appointment?

If you are looking to book online for a same-day counselling appointmentÌýand none are listed, it is because appointments for that day have been already booked by other students. If there are no appointments available, please check again the following day (as of 8:30am M-F, 11am Sat), or we encourage you to useÌýÌýwhich offers telephone and texting counselling 24/7/365.

Due to a high volume of requests for services, same-day counselling appointments will be prioritized for students who are not presently accessing ongoing counselling.Ìý

If you need a same-day medical appointment, please contact the Centre and speak with a nurse for triage.
